Our food truck is more than just a place to grab breakfast or lunch. It is a place to discover the ever so versatile Crêpe, whether you like it savory, sweet or both.
We also offer delicious croissants & macarons.

The idea of Catskillette was born in the French Alps (in Val d'Isere), where I grew up skiing and where every ski day ended up with a delicious Crêpe.
In the Summer, our Food truck brings French Crêpes & Sweets to locations all over the Catskills.
This year we are thrilled to announce our Winter residence,
